All coffee is roasted on Sundays and shipped on Mondays. Orders placed after midnight (CST) on Saturdays will be roasted and shipped the following week.

Ambrosia is our “no-nonsense” blend that’s perfect for drip coffee/batch brews. This coffee is a medium roast, which for us, means low acidity, lots of caramelized flavor, and just enough bitterness to balance the cup. This Colombia/Guatemala blend along with the medium roast produces a dependable, sweet coffee that is tasty on its own and that pairs perfectly with cream and sugar.
